An e-bike, or electric bicycle, is a bike with an integrated electric motor that assists with propulsion. E-bikes must have functional pedals and a motor that is under 750 watts. They are not considered motor vehicles under federal law. - How fast can an e-bike go?
The maximum speed depends on the e-bike's class and local regulations. A Class 1 or 2 e-bike provides motor assistance up to 20 mph, while a Class 3 e-bike assists up to 28 mph. - How much does an e-bike weigh?
E-bikes are heavier than traditional bicycles due to the motor and battery, typically weighing between 40 and 70 pounds. Our bikes are designed to be as lightweight as possible while maintaining durability.

- What is the battery range?
The battery range can vary widely, from 20 to 100 miles, depending on the battery's capacity and how you ride. Riding uphill, carrying more weight, or using a higher level of motor assistance will shorten the range. - How long does it take to charge the battery?
Charging time typically ranges from 4 to 6 hours for a full charge, but larger batteries may take up to 8 hours. - How do I maintain my battery?
For best results, keep the battery charged between 30% and 60% for long-term storage. Use the charger provided with your bike, and avoid using high-pressure water jets directly on the battery or motor when cleaning.
Maintenance & Care
- How often should I get my e-bike serviced?
Regular maintenance is key. We recommend a basic tune-up every 3 to 4 months, or about every 1,000 miles, especially if you ride frequently. - How do I clean my e-bike?
Use a low-pressure hose or a bucket with a sponge and gentle soap to clean your bike. Always remove the battery before washing. Be sure to clean and lubricate your chain regularly to prevent wear. - Can I ride my e-bike in the rain?
Yes, our e-bikes are designed to be water-resistant. The motors and batteries are sealed to protect them from moisture. However, avoid submerging your bike or using a high-pressure jet on electrical components.
