Who Qualifies

  • Veterans — U.S. Armed Forces (all branches)
  • Active Duty Military — including Guard and Reserves
  • First Responders — Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS

How It Works

  1. Click the verification button below to open our secure form.
  2. Submit your name, email, status, and a photo of your credentials.
  3. We review your submission — typically within 3 business days.
  4. You receive a unique 10% discount code via email, valid for 90 days.
  5. Apply the code at checkout on your next order.

Accepted Documentation

  • DD214 (discharge document)
  • Military ID / Common Access Card (CAC)
  • VA Health ID Card
  • Department or Agency Badge / ID
  • Active duty orders or LES (Leave and Earnings Statement)
Before You Upload — Please Redact:
  • Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Date of Birth
  • Home Address

We only need to see your name, branch or agency, and status. A phone photo with sensitive fields covered is perfectly fine.

Privacy Notice

What we collect: Your name, email address, service status, and a photo of your credentials (military ID, DD214, or agency badge).

Why: Solely to verify your eligibility for our Military & First Responder discount program.

Who sees it: Only Ricardo Gamboa (owner, Pathfinder Pedal). No employees, contractors, AI systems, or third parties have access to your uploaded credentials.

How long we keep it: Your credential photo is reviewed and permanently deleted within 7 business days of verification. Your name, email, and verified status are retained only to prevent duplicate discount claims.

Marketing: If you opt in on the form, we may occasionally send you exclusive offers and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will never share your email with third parties.

Your rights: You may request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing support@pathfinderpedal.com.
