Shipping Policy

At Pathfinder Pedal, a brand of Concentric Industries LLC, we strive to deliver your electric bikes, cycling accessories, and related gear safely and within the estimated delivery timeframe. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Standard ocean freight (3–4 weeks) is available for Alaska and Hawaii, United States, with a flat shipping rate of $550.00.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders of $250.00 and more. For orders under $250.00, there will be a shipping charge of $10.00. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through our Order Tracking page.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Delays

While we aim for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high demand. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please contact us immediately if we lose your package in transit.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
