Pathfinder Pedal: Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

At Pathfinder Pedal, we are your trusted Guide in the e-bike world. We have curated our shipping policy to give you complete transparency and confidence in your high-value purchase. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we ensure a secure, smooth delivery for a great start to your journey.

1. Shipping Rates & Options

We offer two clear options to fit your needs, with all costs calculated to minimize customer surprise and friction.

Premium Shipping Varies by destination Updated in real-time at checkout Choose this option for faster service. Cost is calculated live based on your address and carrier speed.

Note on Hawaii Shipping: We offer a $300 Flat Rate for Standard Shipping to Hawaii. Premium rates will be calculated at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

In-Stock Processing: We strive to process all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your confirmation. Backorders & Pre-Orders: Items listed as "Backorder" or "Pre-Order" on the product page are subject to specific availability dates. Please refer to the specific product page for the estimated shipping date of these items. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship them separately to get you your available gear sooner at no extra cost.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking link.

3. Secure Delivery & Signature Requirement 

For security purposes and to protect your high-value investment from theft, all e-bike orders require a signature upon receipt. The customer must be available at the provided shipping address to sign for the delivery.

4. Damages, Risk of Loss, and Inspections

Your e-bike is fully insured during transit.

  • Risk of Loss Protocol: While risk of loss technically passes to the customer upon carrier acceptance, we fully insure every e-bike shipment. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will manage the claim and ensure you receive a replacement or refund in accordance with the protocols below.
  • Damages upon Arrival: If your package appears damaged, DO NOT accept it. Taking clear photographs or a video of the damaged box and refusing the shipment ensures that the Risk of Loss remains with the carrier. Please notify us immediately at Support@PathfinderPedal.com so we can initiate a claim and arrange a replacement without delay. Accepting a damaged package makes processing a claim significantly more difficult.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows 'delivered' but the package is missing, please report the loss to us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will launch an inquiry with the carrier. If the carrier declares the package a loss, we will work with you to find a solution, up to and including reshipping your order.

 

5. Order Changes and Restrictions

  • Cancellations: Orders that are successfully canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% Processing and Payment Reversal Fee. This fee is a non-refundable charge that covers merchant costs incurred upon the initial transaction.
  • Address Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or residential addresses that are inaccessible to our preferred carriers.
