To maintain transparency and ensure every rider receives the most favorable terms available, our return policy is structured based on the specific e-bike brand you select. Please use the table below to find the exact terms for your purchase.

Part I: Product-Specific Return Assurance

Damaged or Defective Products (Critical Risk Mitigation)

In the rare event that a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately—within 24 hours of delivery—at Support@PathfinderPedal.com. For your protection and to ensure a seamless process, we kindly ask that you DO NOT accept a package that appears damaged from shipping. Please take clear photos or a video of the damage before rejecting the shipment. Accepting a damaged package will make it much more difficult for us to process a claim on your behalf. We will work with you and the manufacturer to assess the issue and, at our discretion, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed for fulfillment immediately. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Orders that are successfully canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% Processing and Payment Reversal Fee. This fee is a standard recovery of non-refundable merchant processing costs incurred upon initial transaction.

Small Town Bike Co. (Used Returns & Tiered Fees)

If a Small Town Bike Co. product exceeds the 15-day window or is no longer in "saleable condition," it may still be accepted under the following tiered conditions and restocking fees, which must be clearly disclosed:

  • $300 Fee: For bikes returned within 30 days with under 50 miles.
  • $500 Fee: For bikes returned within 60 days with under 150 miles.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
