Return & Refund Policy

At Pathfinder Pedal, a brand of Concentric Industries LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

  • You can return items within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. In simple words, you can return all products in our store that you didn't wear, use, or install.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

  • We don't offer direct exchange; however, if you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges for defective or damaged items are subject to product availability. If the product is not available, we will provide you a full refund.
  • For products except defective or damaged items, please follow the normal return process and, when you receive a refund, order again.

4. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products cannot be returned for usage reasons. This includes installed or used bike parts, batteries, and cycling accessories that show signs of use, installation, or wear.
